I’m going to let you in on a little secret: you may not be the speaker that you think you are.

Without getting feedback, you're relying on your internal barometer to judge your effectiveness, and it's usually very wrong. The good news is that this is true for just about everybody, and the better news is that the people who know this secret are the ones who have the power to hone their skills and become the speakers they’ve always admired.

Speak Wells was founded on the premise that everybody possesses at least one innate super-skill to be a great communicator and public speaker. The key to success is to identify what that is and then figure out why you are presenting this particular information. What is the audience getting by hearing your voice or watching your presentation, that they wouldn’t get from reading the same information in an email?

Nicole Wells has coached individuals and groups from Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, and leaders in marketing, branding and financial services industries in the art of persuasive, dynamic public speaking for over 20 years.
